Oh my goodness! Not only do we have a full moon, but also a super moon and an eclipse!!! Energy and magic intensified!! Spirit tells us what’s coming with this full moon along with some warnings. Spirit just delivered a message to me that is of chaos and great change!! If you have already been through a major shift in your life, then be there to help others go through theirs.. this Spiritual storm starts today and lasts for 3 weeks. If it is you that is about to go through this storm.. hang in there, life is about to get better for you but first it might feel terrible… but once the clouds begin to clear you will see why you had to go through this and a hint of a better life will be revealed.

The universe is playing catch up… there is a whole lot of karma that is to be sent out real soon. Some of you will be jumping for joy and the others ducking for cover. It’s an exciting time for many who finally get the sweet reward of staying on the right side of their path and doing the best they can at all times. It’s your turn to be heavily rewarded with some amazing karma. With Venus still in Retrograde and the Blue Moon coming up this Friday.. energy is through the roof!!! Right now the Universe is helping up weed out what isn’t working in our lives. So many people have come to me this week crying, upset, unsure of what they are doing and unable to handle the energy and changes going on at this time. The changes that are happening now are changes to help give you the life you have been asking for.

I am guided this morning to post about Crystal Healing. Crystal healing goes so deep that I cannot touch on even a quarter of this topic at this moment. What Spirit urges me to talk about is bathing with crystals for healing purposes. Those who have chronic pain through their body should do this often. To sit in a hot bath with your crystals for 20 – 30 minutes as often as you can will help tremendously with your pain. Also those who feel physically drained … this will benefit you as well.
What crystals do you use for this?? Well, that is a good question. I approach this as I do with all crystal work I do. I let the stones speak to me.. I have a large collection of stones and go through them all and allow them to tell me which ones will help me. When I do this, it never fails… there are always at least a handful that join me in the bath. After the bath, I lay them all out on a towel to dry and place them in the window or outside to soak up the morning sun to cleanse them for another use later. I rarely use all the same crystals each time.
If you don’t have a collection to choose from and you head out in search of crystals and stones to use. When you get to your local rock shop, keep in mind the intent you need help with and allow the crystals and stones to choose you. Pick up each one or touch them all until a select few speak to you.
NOTE: Some stones like selenite are not good in water… please do check that the stones you do pick out are ok to be put in water. Some crystals degrade when left in water.

Spirit whispers in my ear this morning and so I try and piece together the messages to deliver them to where they are meant to be. We are asked to slow down and take a deep look at our life and what we want from it. Spirit has us ask ourselves: Am I where I want to be and am I on the way to where I want to go?

Today a very tongue tied bird tries to explain retrograde periods in a different light. I take a different approach to looking at this planetary occurrence and do my best to explain how retrograde helps us. Now instead of dreading those dates the planets toy with us.. we can thank them for all the help they are offering.

Today I explain my very own personal mediation that I use all the time. It is a chakra meditation. The Charkra are the main energy points within your body. Working on these points will help you in many way. They help open blockages that may be causing you all kinds of problems from physical to mental and emotional issues. ENJOY!

We have to clean house and get rid of the old stuff to make room for the new. It’s a time to embrace a new way of being… but first we must let go of the past.

Right in the middle of our weeks is a New Moon! The days leading up to the New moon, we should all be taking inventory of our lives and of our spiritual selves and begin the process of letting go of those things that no longer serve our life purpose. So many seem to be going through extremely similar things right now. It seems there is a large “batch” of people who are being moved along the same timeline.. going through the same things in different ways. Well this week feels like a positive week for us.I feel that there may be some good news coming either tomorrow or Wednesday and some small, subtle changes by the end of the week. I have found myself in such a negative space all weekend and have wasted an entire long holiday weekend in that space. Why? For what reason? I know how easy it is to slide into that space and how hard it is to get out of it once you are there… but if you really don;t want to be there… you can find your way out and back into a more positive space. You just have to want it ! It’s all in your head, all those things that drag you into that negative space. So that is where you have to start… within your own thoughts and change those to something more positive. That is where we begin changing our lives for the better!

It’s okay not knowing what you want out of life, it’s okay not knowing where you are going and it’s okay not knowing what calls to you. It’s okay as long as you are willing to do the work to figure it out. How do you figure it out? We figure out what calls to us by trying more things and having more experiences. We quickly learn what compliments our soul and what doesn’t. Along the way of having all of these experiences we find ourselves and what calls us.

If we continue telling ourselves that we can’t and we don’t know how, we hold ourselves back and we never realize our dreams and ambitions. Oy! This is something I have found myself doing all the time. As soon as I realize I’m doing it… I stop! We put expectations on others without them even knowing it and when they don’t fulfill those expectations that they didn’t even know about… we feel sad, hurt and let down. The key here is recognizing our own behaviors and changing them within ourselves.

How many plans have you made, started and then somewhere before the plan was complete… you dropped it? If you want to see actual results from your plans you’ll have to see them through. You can’t start something, give up on it somewhere before it’s complete and expect the results of a finished project. Let’s call these plans “Unfinished Business” … Too much unfinished business will clutter your life just like your unfinished projects will clutter your garage.

The New moon has just passed and so now it is time to get to work on all the things we started. At this time you will find that your checklist is getting smaller, things on that list are getting done without much effort. Spirit says be careful not to focus too much on the things that seem to be a bit harder to get done. If you have to skip something on your list for now, that’s ok… you can come back to it later. Don’t dwell and don’t beat yourself up over any one task.

The Summer Solstice – the longest day of the year… well the most daylight hours of the year anyway! The Summer Solstice reminds us to embrace our own light. It asks us to take a look inside and get to know and understand our light. What makes it grow brighter? What weakens our light? Are you hiding your light? Why? Are you afraid to let it shine? There is no need to fear the light within us. Embrace it! Let it shine!

Put it to the side and look at your plan of action, find something else to work on that feels much better for now. You’ll get back to that other piece when the time is right. Also Spirit urges you to take care of yourself, take a time out as needed to stay healthy for the fabulous road ahead!

Shuffling my cards today I ask for guidance to help those on a rocky path.. move forward with a bit more ease.
The first card I pulled was Life Force card which didn’t feel right for whatever reason so I put it back in the deck and shuffled a little bit more. The card for the day is finally revealed: The Sun Card
When you have learned to trust your inner self … you’ll no longer need outside help. That’s what all of our striving is all about: to find our own, unique way, to live our own realizations, to follow our own inner light. The Sun Card is a sign to let us know that we are close to finding this within ourselves.
