We have to be careful not to allow ourselves to live in the past as well as making sure that we don’t focus so much and so hard on the future that today slips by us without notice. Life is short enough and we have no idea when our time will be up.. so please don’t waste another moment by not being present.

Ooooooooh what a magical week we have in store for us! This week Spirit shows me that there is going to be a major sharing of love and light with the Universe on a grand scale. There are many that practice this daily but this week is special…. I tell you how it happens and what it’s all about and then the weekend comes back around and we get a much needed resting period.

Spirit gives us such a wonderful message of change and better times that are on the way. The changes are actually happening now, they may be small and you may not realize them at the moment but if you start paying closer attention, you will see. Have faith and believe that a new dawn is just beyond horizon. The colors of the this new dawn are like you’ve never seen before.

Today I speak about where I feel we are at the moment. For a long time, many of us have been doing a lot of work but feeling like we were going no where. It has felt like a constant struggle for us to move forward, no matter how much we have tried. So, I give you a fun analogy about being on the wrong side of a lucky penny. Enjoy!

We have all done this … during the bad moments life gives us, we often find ourselves wishing those days away. The thing about wishing your life away is that we have no idea when life will end for ourselves or for those we love. By wishing our lives away, just because we are going through a bad time… we are essentially throwing away days that when you look back will have been a gift left unopened. We must live each day as if it were our last, appreciate all the moments of our lives and not wish them away.

Life is hard and sometimes we feel like we just want to quit.. just check out so that we don’t have to deal with all these life lessons and obstacles that keep getting thrown at us. There are good things in life… things worth fighting for, things worth staying for. Don’t give up on life, on yourself and don’t give up the fight… when better times come around, you want to be able to enjoy them. Don’t give up. Better days are just around the corner.

Life brings us many lessons, throws at us many obstacles and as a result we have to weather many storms. Some days we just want to give up, not knowing how much more we can endure. What keeps me going is that hope and belief that something wonderful could just be around the corner. I don’t want to just survive life.. I want to enjoy it. I want to be here when that something wonderful does happen. I want to dance in the sunlight when the clouds finally part.

Some say the end is near while others will tell you that 2012 is a year of dramatic changes not only for the Earth but for everyone living upon it.
I ask that you forget what you have read and what you have heard and let go of those ideas of others. Make 2012 YOUR year. Allow 2012 and the all the years after be what YOU want them to be. Forget New Year resolutions and make LIFE RESOLUTIONS! I’ve never been one fond of doing what others do or what others think I should do. I have always been one to follow my own set of rules. Life is what we make it and I plan on making it the best that I possibly can. I am sure hard times will come but they will also pass as they have in the years gone by.
We all have life sitting there right in front of us waiting for us to take it into our own hands and do with it what we wish. Sure there are unexpected things that come up.. thats all a part of life.. it’s what makes it interesting .. it keeps us awake and aware.
If your goal this year is to find love… then find that love within yourself first.
If you wish to shed some weight… rid yourself of what stress you can and watch as the weight follows suit. (exercise and eating right must follow as well)
Exercise you mind, body and spirit daily.
Allow goodness to come into your life by giving it frequently.
Go after your dreams and believe in yourself.
Be smart in your decisions but don’t let fear guide you.
Make no excuses. Plan and then DO!
Life is there waiting …
You don’t want to come to the end of your days thinking of all the lost opportunities and “what ifs” … you want to look back and say “At least I gave it a go!” ” I tried” “I did” “I dreamed” ” I was true to ME”

I won’t pretend life is all roses and smiles… life gets crazy, hectic, hard, painful and down right insane at times… BUT … my message for you today is … The Sun is ALWAYS Shining.
Beyond the clouds… the sun is ever shining. Though we may sleep .. the sun never does.. it’s rays of light are continuous.. and when the moon takes it’s rest and the clouds part way… we are given the gift of light to brighten our way.
Take each day as it comes…. hardships are expected …. none of us are immune to that fact… but how we make it through.. how we handle ourselves through those times.. how we endure.. is completely up to us. We can give in or we can fight it out.
When times get hard and you are finding it difficult to keep going .. think about the bright days you’ve already had.. think of the blessings that have come your way .. remember the days when smiles and laughter filled your heart and know that those days will come again.
Hard times are temporary just like the weather… hang in there and keep walking forward. Brighter days are just around the corner. Focus on the positive. Let the negative slip away.
