Positive energy fills the air. Stress and tension seem to melt away. Anxieties are going away and you feel a weight lifted off your shoulders.
This week an abundance of positive energy surrounds us and we end the week with a full moon! You will feel guided to change your life. Old fears could show up, but this is just for you to recognize them and to release them so that you can move forward. I then speak about the healing process in more detail.
We have to be careful not to allow ourselves to live in the past as well as making sure that we don’t focus so much and so hard on the future that today slips by us without notice. Life is short enough and we have no idea when our time will be up.. so please don’t waste another moment by not being present.
Today this Raven and Spirit gives you a challenge!! We challenge you to become the light! Go out in your day and find the light, the love, the joy, the laughter and all the goodness that you can find… become that light, that joy, that love, that laughter and goodness. Your energy changes and so does the energy around you… that energy is then sent out into the universe and returned to you. Have fun and enjoy this wonderful day!
Today I talk a little bit about how I personally keep my positive outlook through life, no matter what else may be going on. It’s no easy task to remind yourself to look for something positive when you are in the middle of a difficult situation. In life you will go through so many really hard things that these events can suck the life right out of you… if you allow it. You have to make the effort daily to search for something positive to focus on… to help you maintain that balance that is needed in life.
Spirit urges us to stay positive. When life brings you worry, stress and pain… it is more needed than ever to try and keep your thoughts positive. Thoughts are energy, so, negative thoughts and negative energy and positive thoughts are positive energy. We have enough negative energy in our lives so we need to do whatever we can to add more positive energy to it and bring it back into balance.
I’m sure I’m not the only one who has ever struggled with this. I am someone who tries my best daily to be as positive and helpful as possible with those I interact with. I will do what I can for anyone who asks for assistance. BUT…. there are some people who step into your life and want to take advantage far too much and in return send out bad energy and negative vibes.
You know those that I speak of… certain people in the workplace who smile in front of you and snarl behind you. Those who come to you when they need help and god forbid if at some point they don’t get first priority.. they take the opportunity to be as nasty as they can. Snide remarks here and there… that look of pure misery when you are near their space and an overall feeling of discontent.
There is a part of me that says .. no matter how this person wants to act .. I will kill them with my kindness and I will rise above their negativity. Then there is this other side of me that says.. well.. I will give them what they give me in return. If they are unsatisfied with the energy they are receiving from me, then maybe they need to have a look at what they are sending my way.
There come s a point where my “killing them with kindness” starts feeling like I am simply allowing the other person to walk all over me. They get what they want from me and yet continue to send back that ugly, negative energy of theirs. So what do you do?
Personally … it takes me a long, long time to get to the point of “I’ll give back to them what they send my way”. I do whatever I can to change the situation into a more positive one. With some people, it is just wasted time and energy. It seems as though they live to be the way they are and I am unsure they care about how their attitude effects others at all.
I’m not quite sure of the correct answer here … if even there is one.
I will continue being me and spreading as much light and joy as I possibly can… but beware those who wish to send out negative energy my way… you just never know when it might get thrown right back at you.
We all find ourselves in that negative zone from time to time. Some far more than others. Getting out of that negative space often seems like a task that is larger than life, larger than you feel like you can handle at that moment.
It’s as hard as you allow it to be. I know you hate that answer but it’s true. My words are easy to say and easy to type but I know how difficult it feels in real life. I have been in that negative space far more often than I would like to admit.
The question of the day is: How do you get out of that negative space and into a more positive one?
By shifting your thoughts from whatever it is that put you in that ugly space to begin with. Is it easy? Yes and No. It’s something that will take some serious work on your behalf. You will have to focus your thoughts and energy to something else…. something that doesn’t relate what so ever to those negative thoughts. The further from that negative monster that put you into that space.. the better!
Find something to do. Busy yourself with something that will make you feel good. Whether it is something for another or something productive for yourself or whatever… find something physical to focus your energy and thoughts on.
Take some reflection time to focus and remember all the best moments of your life. Fond memories always put a smile on my face and help me move forward.
When we find ourselves in that negative pit… we dwell on all things negative and bring a dark and dreary cloud over ourselves that does not have to be there. Focusing so much on those negative thoughts doesn’t make it go away, it doesn’t make you or anyone around you feel good, it doesn’t help or improve your life in any way at all. All it does is prolong the negative darkness that is there.
Shift your thoughts and you’ll be asking yourself why on Earth you spent any time at all in that negative space.
Today I want to speak about spreading positivity …
Everyone seems to be able to spread the flu and other viruses so easily .. I thought .. ok lets see how far we can spread some positivity..
My challenge for everyone is for the next 30 days … as you go through your day and come across that one negative, nasty, bitter, angry person that everyone runs into .. do something or say something or maybe even just smile and if nothing else give them a silent blessing in a positive way in hopes to spead positivity.
Lets see how much we can change our own worlds by consciously setting out to spread positive thoughts and feelings to htose in need.
Don’t just spread them to the negative folks out there .. be sure and lend some extra to the already positive as well.. for there is never tooo much ..lol
