Today’s message from Spirit: Don’t force it, it you are having to force something at this moment, STOP. That is clearly not the piece of the puzzle you should be working on at this moment. Put it to the side and look at your plan of action, find something else to work on that feels much better for now. You’ll get back to that other piece when the time is right. Also Spirit urges you to take care of yourself, take a time out as needed to stay healthy for the fabulous road ahead!

You know that moment when you want to write something deep and profound that will move others… to relay how you feel inside and there are just so many words that come to you that you can’t seem to get them in the right order???
I am having one of those moments….
I sit here taking a look back into my memory banks and browse upon all the most memorable moments of my life. I see all the good times and all the bad. I look over them carefully and pause for reflection. I search through my feelings about these moments and I realize quickly that the MOST important moments were the ones filled with love. All of the bad moments, important as well but for different reasons. The bad moments in life were times of growth and lessons to be learned. Those moments showed me the strength inside, they showed me how I have abilities greater than I thought possible. I am grateful for those moments but the moments that fill me with light are the moments that were made with love.
The moments in life where love is present are indeed for me the MOST important. The moments I want to reflect on most. Those are the moments when our spirit soar with the greatest power. When love is in our hearts, we become unstoppable, there are no mountains too tall to climb, no rivers too rapid to cross, no oceans to vast to overcome and no obstacle that is too difficult to stand in our way. When you meet someone who is filled with love you can’t help but feel it, absorb some of it yourself and then pass it on to others. Love is truly limitless. It fuels the light within us to levels unimaginable but definitely attainable. The more you are filled with love the more you feel capable of doing and becoming. The light within grows brighter and brighter with every moment that you are filled with love.
Think about the moments in your life that are the most memorable. You will find the bad days and the strength that they unveiled and you will see the growth that those days created. You will then move on to the good days and how much love was felt on those days. You will see that those were days where moments were laced together with true love. Those were the days where your smile was the brightest, your heart filled to the brim and nothing could possibly get in your way of experiencing what we all wish to attain… HAPPINESS in it’s purest form. LOVE.

Does it seem like nothing works, nothing is going as planned or hoped? Do you feel stuck with no idea how to get moving again?
Your energy may be blocked by tension… You have to let go of old burdensome ideas and behaviors and allow your energy to flow freely through you. These old ideas and behaviors are keeping you from much needed growth and disable you from moving forward.
Find something to help you release the tension in your life. For each it will be something unique to you that may help. A walk in nature, some time away, a fun vacation, a hobby, a good book, etc. Whatever it may be.. find it and do it.. you will feel yourself lightening up and your energy will soon become restored.

Often, when the word “CHANGE” is mentioned, people tend to think more of the larger, life altering changes, but there are small changes taking place in everyone… every single day.
Changes in our perception, our habits, our way of being, seeing, thinking, etc.
Over time these small changes add up to a whole new us. We can look back and sometimes barely recognize who we once were. Sometimes I look back and shake my head at how I once was and at other times I laugh at myself and think … wow… was that really me?
Allow change to take place naturally and it becomes less of a struggle. Don’t dismiss the small changes in your life because one day they will add up to something great!

Son of Earth – It’s ok to be proud of yourself for your accomplishments … the size of the endeavor doesn’t matter. It’s time to appreciate yourself and the work you have done, the miles you have walked, the storms you have weathered, the harvests that you have gathered, and the seeds that you have planted and tended.
Six of Air – Clarity – The more you understand and know yourself … the clearer your insights. Get to know your own inner truths. When the battle inside you stops, harmony and wisdom prevail. Knowing yourself gives you inner peace, security and trust.
Five of Earth – Insecurity – Stop abusing yourself! Look at yourself with love and understanding… there is no need to be so harsh with yourself. Where does this negative thinking come from? It’s not needed in your life. Thinking poorly of yourself slows your growth and holds you in a miserable loop of negativity. Stop it! Your are worth love and kindness. Treat yourself how you treat others. Stop beating yourself up. Inject positive thinking into yourself and allow yourself some happiness…. some love and kindness. YOU ARE WORTH IT!

So often we find ourselves holding back our emotions. We keep locked inside ourselves, our truest feelings… leaving them unsaid. We must find a way to let go of the fear of what others will say, how they will react or what they will think and let our true selves be known.
It does us no good to hold all of that inside. Find a way and let it go.
Not an easy task and something I’m sure we will have to remind ourselves to do every day .. but in the end I feel that everyone will be much happier.

Something important is reaching it’s final point. Accept that everything in life has a beginning, middle and end. Welcome the fact that every process, every situation contains its own dissolution. We can’t start a process and be done with it if we have not allowed ourselves to go all the way through it. Don’t be afraid of the ending. Endings are needed for new beginnings.
10 of Fire – Oppression
Are you sitting on your energy? Holding on to it too tight? If you hold on too tightly .. your energy cannot flow. Let go of what inner stresses may be holding you back. Begin meditations to help release this tension. You cannot move forward by holding back your energy. Let go. Allow it to flow.
Mother of Air – Self-Awareness
Let go of those ideas of who you think you should be, who others think you should be and allow yourself to be YOU. Own who you are and let all other masks fall away. Trust in who you are and the gifts that dwell inside you. Your development will move forward more quickly by letting go of all preconceived notions of those expectations we put on ourselves and those that others may project onto us as well. Don’t be afraid to be yourself and don’t fear letting others see the true you.

The answers are clear….. follow that hunch – that inner knowing. You know what to do so why question what you already know and feel? An inner balance will help you find the trust that is needed. Practice meditations and begin following your hunches… the more you follow the more you will begin trusting yourself fully.

You know the gifts and the strengths that exist inside you… and you must begin now to trust that they will sprout fourth when the time is right. This does not mean that your actions stop.. it means you continue your work to progress but have patience in yourself and allow the gifts to fully develop in their own time. It is hard to see our own growth.. but take a journey back and look at where you were 10 years ago, 5 years ago, 3 years ago and even just 1 year ago.. you are growing .. and you must truth that you will continue this path of growth.

Balance – Looking Within – Change – Transformation
It is easy to become overwhelmed in today’s life .. take some time to step back and reflect within. Sometimes we must withdraw to regroup and gain our balance. Let go of “doing” and just let go for a while. Listen to your inner knowing and when the time is right to begin “doing” again.. you’ll know.
Letting go is the key to wisdom… clarity is revealed when one lets go. Easier said then done… I know.. but practice makes perfect .. so pend some time teaching yourself the act of letting go.. even if for small moments at a time. You will benefit greatly from this practice, and the more you do it the more you benefit.

As I shuffle my Vision Quest deck this morning and ask what the day has in store for us .. I lay down 3 cards … and then another… and another and one more.. so now I have six cards laid out across my desk. I scan across the cards looking for the insight that I am to share with you today and I hear a voice softly whisper … “It’s not in the cards, you seek is already with you.. it is implanted in your knowing already… you just have to trust what you already, instinctively know”
So there you have it … today’s insight.
It is one of the hardest things to do.. trusting yourself.. your abilities and the knowledge you instinctively carry inside yourself.
We always want to question that gut feeling and ask .. what if I’m wrong.

For today’s insight I thought I might bring my message to you in a new fun way! ENJOY!
Be careful not to cling to any emotion… allow yourself to experience emotion without fear of that emotion and without clinging to that emotion.
For instance: When one is happy, you want to hold on to that feeling for as long as you can. You push that moment into being and in doing so you also create a fear of loss with that emotion. This blocks energy from flowing freely through you and all times we need that energy flowing.
Allow happy moments to come and go at their own natural pace. The same is said for all other emotions. When you allow fear to take over you allow road blocks in your own life-spring of energy.
It is hard to let go of that control. We want so badly to keep happiness in our lives, but think about this for a moment. If you are clinging to one particular happy moment … you are blocking other emotions from flowing through you. The same again is said for other emotions…. Anger, hatred, sadness, etc. Live in this moment .. right here .. right now.
What is done is done.. holding on to past emotions is pointless and helps no one.

Daily Insight 11-7
New Beginning – Listen to your inner being and trust your intuition … old things will fall away painlessly as you start something new. This may be a new way of thinking, a new way of doing things or even new projects and or work.
Change – Change strengthens us… to more we allow it the stronger we become. I know it may sound strange but think about the changes you have gone through so far and take a look at where you are now. Have you not grown from your experiences? Have you not become stronger? Now you see. Don’t fight change… it’s going to happen sooner or later .. why drag out the process and make things far more complicated than they need to be.

Daily Insight – Change – Letting Go
Life is all about changes and how we adapt to those changes.
The thing you must realize is that you have a choice about how you handle the change that comes your way. You can cling to that part of your life that’s changing and try to force it into not changing (which is inevitable.. it will change anyway) or you can let go of that part of your life and allow it to change in a natural manner.
Think about it this way.. what you lose now during this time of change.. has never truly belonged to you anyhow. Knowing this can give you a new kind of stability and rational thinking with much greater clarity about your life and your feelings.
Change can be hard to deal with… clinging to things in your life and fighting against the changes that are coming only prolongs pain and torment for yourself and others that may be involved.

Daily Insight – Growth
The seed begins to develop while beneath the Earth, once it has begun to sprout it must continue to push forward until it has cleared the surface. Now it may rest and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine as it’s growth naturally comes into being.
There are times to celebrate, times to do nothing, times to sit in the stillness and observe and there are times to work. Now is the time to push forward with your work.
Stay focused on the job at hand. You have all that you need to get the job done successfully and with much ease. Don’t allow yourself to get distracted from your main goal at the moment.. now is the time to steady your feet and maintain balance.
