This week Spirit encourages us to take time to rest and recharge. The full moon energy from last night is still at play so for the next 2 – 3 days channel that energy so that you can cleanse your spirit of all that is no longer needed and allow that energy to give you what IS needed. Then for the rest of the week… lay low.. relax, take time for yourself. After this week life is going to speed up and you’ll not find any time to rest, relax and recharge for the entire month of October. So take advantage of this week to do that!

This week Spirit reminds of some daily routines to help us handle all the energy that the Universe is sending our way. Happy Monday everyone!! Spirit has an interesting week for everyone with a full moon to cap it off! The first of the week will begin as a usual Monday, Tuesday to follow suit and then Spirit says there may be a little something extra to brighten our day somewhere between Tuesday and Wednesday … In the middle of the week also comes a hiccup of some kind that makes us stop and pay attention to what’s going on. Ending our week with magical full moon energy and Spirit whispers in my ear that there is new love on the way soon after this full moon.

Spirit tells us that this week is a week of slow and steady. It is also a time to go inside and take a good look at the path we are on and where we are headed.. we are asked connect with out own spirit to make sure we are where we want to be and are headed where we want to go. Right in the middle of our weeks is a New Moon! The days leading up to the New moon, we should all be taking inventory of our lives and of our spiritual selves and begin the process of letting go of those things that no longer serve our life purpose.
