I’ve never been one to label myself, I don’t like boxes, I prefer the freedom to just be…. to be all that I am.

Something I know too much about… toxic relationships and staying far too long. There are so many reasons we give ourselves for staying. None of them are really worth the pain that we endure. The biggest reason is that it’s familiar to us and we know what to expect each day… it doesn’t matter that it’s painful.. we know that pain and we know what to expect from it.

It’s no easy task to remind yourself to look for something positive when you are in the middle of a difficult situation. In life you will go through so many really hard things that these events can suck the life right out of you… if you allow it. You have to make the effort daily to search for something positive to focus on… to help you maintain that balance that is needed in life.

Never ever fear or regret love. To love someone is a great gift to them and to yourself. We must not allow heartache to interfere with the flow of love that comes from inside us. If one cannot return your love, that is no reason to stop sending it out into the universe. Each of us carry a special kind of love and sometimes we find ourselves giving it to someone who just isn’t capable of returning it. It’s not reason at all to shut down and stop loving. You ARE love. Allow it to continue to flow, eventually it will reach someone who is capable of returning that love.

Echos through time I have found my spirit being called to his. There is a knowing inside me that has been there throughout the countless times that I have been born. My spirit longs for his touch, his embrace and his warm breath blending with my own. I am pulled in such a way that words simply cannot describe. The longing aches deep within my being. My heart beats are in rhythm with his, they are in unison. When his heart begins to pound…so does mine, when he is at peace… I am as well. I have heard stories of this kind of connection between two souls. Every cell within resonates with those stories even though his touch I have never known in this life. My spirit has touched him many times, through many lives, I know him, I know his essence. I have looked into his eyes so often that I find myself swimming in the depths of his light. With a heavy sigh, I send my breath on a breeze to him so that when that warm wind reaches his face… he inhales me and he feels me, he knows I am here. Visions of lives that have come and gone, moments shared and memories of what it once was in the many lives before. These moments vibrate deep within me and I know that one day… one day we shall find each other face to face again.

Today I speak about relationships and your heart. Have you locked it down? Have you become closed off because of past hurt and pain? You must send out what you wish to be returned to you. Project love into the universe and it will be returned. Worry, fear and doubt have no place in the heart… you must allow yourself to be free to love without condition and expectation and that kind of love will be returned.

She said to him that she’s writing a story. The title, she says, is “The Woman with a Foolish Heart”. He then asks “is this a self reflection then?” She answers with a definite “yes” and then he replies with, “I presume this is past tense” and she says, “mostly” then he says something that changes her story all together. He replies with, “I challenge if it was your heart or mind that was foolish?” So this is where the story becomes changed from what she once believed to what she knows within her soul.
This woman you all must already know is me. The conversation as seen above, is real. The thoughts that filled my mind as I wrote down the title of this story were of memories. Memories of all the times my heart held out hope for a love that was real, only to become shattered with broken promises, denied love, affection and truth. I thought about my fears and prayed to Spirit to please not let me be fooled again. In writing this story it became clear… I was indeed reflecting within the mind and certainly not the heart. Memories and thoughts all coming from the mind of course… but what about my heart? What was in my heart then and what is in my heart right now? There is only one answer, “LOVE”.
The heart holds no fear, doubt, worry or anything other than love. Love is what the heart is for. With every beat there is only love within the heart. The mind would like us to “think” differently. The mind tells us to hold back when the heart says be free to love. The mind says fear is real but the heart says I love you still. This woman who thought she had a foolish heart, realized that it has always been the mind that was foolish. The heart is what it has always been and will always be… pure, unfiltered love. Just because love was given but not returned does not mean it wasn’t real.
My heart is unchanged by an unfortunate past, it still continues to love. I love more today than I have ever loved before. The past has not weaken my spirit, but made it stronger. There is a fairy tale still waiting to be written. It’s not about the knight on the white horse, about being rescued, about the castle or the ball or anything else the common fairy tale might seem. It’s about the dance of life between two people in the same agreement with their souls. Two people who compliment each other is such a way that there is balance and love that simply never ends. Two people unafraid to truly love each other and give of themselves without holding back and without condition. That is my fairy tale and I believe in it with all of my heart.
Now, I’m just going to sit here with my mouse friends next to this pumpkin and see what happens next 😉

This week Spirit encourages us to take time to rest and recharge. The full moon energy from last night is still at play so for the next 2 – 3 days channel that energy so that you can cleanse your spirit of all that is no longer needed and allow that energy to give you what IS needed. Then for the rest of the week… lay low.. relax, take time for yourself. After this week life is going to speed up and you’ll not find any time to rest, relax and recharge for the entire month of October. So take advantage of this week to do that!

Last night I was gifted another opportunity to participate in sweat lodge and it was magical! Joined by my Red Tail Hawk and My White Wolf and later a wonderful healing moment with the Grandmother. The healing and cleansing that comes from sweat lodge is like no other. Powerful and strong… this particular sweat was the hottest I’ve ever been in. Endless healing energies flowed through us all. I am blessed and today I share with you all some of that energy.

Oh my goodness! Not only do we have a full moon, but also a super moon and an eclipse!!! Energy and magic intensified!! Spirit tells us what’s coming with this full moon along with some warnings. Today I speak about life and why it’s worth living. I have had more than my share of days where I felt like I couldn’t do it anymore. Every day I CHOSE to LIVE. My dreams are worth pursuing… I deserve happiness and love and I’m not going to stop breathing til those dreams of mine come true. It’s a matter of choice. We choose to live in a world of pain focusing on what’s wrong or we choose to see the love, light and joy life offers us and we do what we can to make it better. It is a choice that I choose for ME!

He said, “Let me be your manuscript, your canvas, your camera” and I became the author of the greatest love story ever told. Writing page after page of a life that appeared out of the wreckage from living the hard way. Suddenly this tragic tale has become something that seems like pure fantasy, but the reality is so much more. It’s a tale of fate and destiny that was always meant to be. It shall become legend and all who read the story will feel its depth. The words vibrating from the pages, resonating throughout the universe and bringing this story of love to life.
He said, “Let me be your manuscript, your canvas, your camera” and I became an artist with a magic brush, painting our lives together, with a stroke his lips were pressed to mine and with another our bodies intertwined. Blending the colors of our spirits perfectly matching each other… one could not tell where I began and he ended. The paint splattered from every corner, every edge, revealing a vibrant energy that can only come from the heart. Anyone who laid eyes on this painting would know… they would feel it too. This was the image of LOVE. It was a portrait of me and you.
He said, “Let me be your manuscript, your canvas, your camera” and I became the photographer with a magic lens. Capturing moments of love and true bliss. Moments lost in the shadows of his being. Wrapped in his embrace, sharing the same breath in the same space. Adjusting the focus on his eyes I see the life he once only dreamed becoming real. Flashes of light and there I see the colors of his soul… his aura shining bright. Focusing deeper, I see him and his light… his true being… and I knew this was right.

It’s hard to determine what energy is your own and what is from other sources. So many people going such big changes, the Universe is filled with some pretty heavy energy. The energy, the planetary alignments, the eclipses, the moon and life changes that are going on right now can be soooooooo overwhelming. It is NOT the time to check out… life is just about to change from what it has always been to something amazing. The struggle is about to become a lot less of a struggle and the storm is nearly over. Change isn’t easy, and when so many on the same path are experiencing this all at once .. the energy is super intense and hard to manage. I promise you that you will survive as long as you just don’t give up. The life that is coming is well worth everything you are going through right now.
