Spirit Message: Karma Karma Karma

The universe is playing catch up… there is a whole lot of karma that is to be sent out real soon. Some of you will be jumping for joy and the others ducking for cover. It’s an exciting time for many who finally get the sweet reward of staying on the right side of their path and doing the best they can at all times. It’s your turn to be heavily rewarded with some amazing karma. Crystal Healing

crystalhealingI am guided this morning to post about Crystal Healing. Crystal healing goes so deep that I cannot touch on even a quarter of this topic at this moment. What Spirit urges me to talk about is bathing with crystals for healing purposes. Those who have chronic pain through their body should do this often. To sit in a hot bath with your crystals for 20 – 30 minutes as often as you can will help tremendously with your pain. Also those who feel physically drained … this will benefit you as well.

What crystals do you use for this?? Well, that is a good question. I approach this as I do with all crystal work I do. I let the stones speak to me.. I have a large collection of stones and go through them all and allow them to tell me which ones will help me. When I do this, it never fails… there are always at least a handful that join me in the bath. After the bath, I lay them all out on a towel to dry and place them in the window or outside to soak up the morning sun to cleanse them for another use later. I rarely use all the same crystals each time.

If you don’t have a collection to choose from and you head out in search of crystals and stones to use. When you get to your local rock shop, keep in mind the intent you need help with and allow the crystals and stones to choose you. Pick up each one or touch them all until a select few speak to you.

NOTE: Some stones like selenite are not good in water… please do check that the stones you do pick out are ok to be put in water. Some crystals degrade when left in water.

Working with Chakras

Spending Time with the New Moon

STOP Settling – Create the Life You Want!

I have found myself in such a negative space all weekend and have wasted an entire long holiday weekend in that space. Why? For what reason? I know how easy it is to slide into that space and how hard it is to get out of it once you are there… but if you really don;t want to be there… you can find your way out and back into a more positive space. You just have to want it ! It’s all in your head, all those things that drag you into that negative space. So that is where you have to start… within your own thoughts and change those to something more positive. That is where we begin changing our lives for the better!

Finding Your Way

It’s okay not knowing what you want out of life, it’s okay not knowing where you are going and it’s okay not knowing what calls to you. It’s okay as long as you are willing to do the work to figure it out. How do you figure it out? We figure out what calls to us by trying more things and having more experiences. We quickly learn what compliments our soul and what doesn’t. Along the way of having all of these experiences we find ourselves and what calls us.

The Calling

You will only find the answers you seek by truly listening with your whole being.

Take time to meditate and reflect upon this tug and pull of your spirit. There is something guiding you … listen and go with what you already know to do. Let go of your fears and walk into the direction of your destiny. Finding your way is a wonderful thing … guidance and help getting there is even better!

Life Mysteries

fairy dream catcherI have felt drawn for the past couple of days to go back through some archives to find a radio show reading that was done for me a couple of years ago. It felt like there was some information in that reading that I needed to hear again. When I found the archive I realized that it was  almost exactly 2 years ago, April 12, 2011.  How odd is that? Being that long ago I remember some things that had been said during the reading .. more or less I remember subject matter but not the details. I sat and listened to the entire show waiting for my part to come up. One thing that stood out for me was something about listening to fairy music t open a door. Sooooooooooooooooo …. I google searched fairy music and the first artist that struck me was Priscilla Hernadez .. I then did an Amazon search to see what albums she had available to download. Once I found her .. I was pretty clear which album I would buy. The one that was released on  MY BIRTHDAY!  Ok here’s another odd one.. it was released on my birthday in 2011.. the same year as the reading but a few months AFTER the reading.

So here I am listening to the album… telling you guys my story… waiting for the chapters to unfold.

Daily Insight – The Voice of Guidance

Today I pulled 3 cards from the deck.. studied them for a moment and then had this feeling deep down inside me that this was not what I was suppose to post about today. I took those 3 cards, placed them back in the deck and put them away. So, what is it that I am suppose to be talking about today?

Trusting that voice inside you that guides you in the right direction.

Everyone has those moments when you pause just before doing something, saying something or making some sort of decision. It’s that moment when a voice from somewhere inside you says “Choose another way”. In that moment we either listen to that voice or we start an argument with it. Many will tend to question both decisions… and then find themselves completely unsure of what to do next. The answer was already given to you but you didn’t listen. You didn’t trust it.

Today’s message is to start trusting that guidance … take baby steps if you must but start following your own inner guide.

Open your eyes….. Look around….. You are where you need to be. You are who you are suppose to be… You already have the gifts you so desperately seek.

It is up to you to do the work. What are you waiting for ? It’s as if you think some giant sign will appear from the heavens that says … “You have made it…. You are here.” That’s not going to happen so stop waiting and stop asking.

There are no instructions…. There are no promises… Take the wheel and stop being a passenger in your own life. You are so afraid of taking a step forward that you don’t move at all. You just stand there asking all these questions…. Waiting for a big billboard to drop down in front of you with instructions for every move you should make.

Be you… Take control. Your instinct is there for a reason. Use it! Trust it!

When you begin asking the advise of others for every little thing that comes up in your life … you will start getting false answers. This is because Spirit is teaching you to trust YOUR OWN answers.

It is o to ask someone else from time to time.. after all.. if we look back and think about it.. we already knew the answers before we asked our questions.. we are just needing validation. Well there comes a point that you have to stop asking for validation so much and start trusting yourself.

I don’t post this because I want you all to stop asking me questions.. I’m posting this because I want you to have the tools and understanding to start trusting yourself and start believing in yourself. Before you ask advice … think about how you truly feel about the questions and what you feel about your own answers. Go ahead and ask…. but if validation does come through to you .. then TRUST yourself. Allow your own intuition to do it’s job. Stop second guessing yourself and everyone else.

I know many that will seek advice from me and then another and another and another. Some times we all give the same answers and yet they still question. Some times we all give different answers … and still they are not satisfied.

The correct answer is inside yourself.
