Today as I ask Spirit what can he give me to help everyone through this Spiritual shift in our lives.. Spirit answers back with multiple answers. The bottom line is to hang in there, don’t quit, do everything in life with love and stay positive. Beyond this great shift that many of us are experiencing is a new life just waiting to be lived. Spirit tells us that this week is a week of slow and steady. It is also a time to go inside and take a good look at the path we are on and where we are headed.. we are asked connect with out own spirit to make sure we are where we want to be and are headed where we want to go. There are choices and decisions before you, look deep and ask yourself.. is this what I want and why is this path calling me in that direction.

It isn’t what you think, there is much to consider and there is so much to understand and know about the healing path. Just because someone tells you that you can heal others, does NOT mean that you should start going around dabbling in what you do not understand. It takes years of working and understanding the healing ways to get it right. You can damage others and you can damage yourself if you are not careful. There is so much more to it than what most can even begin to comprehend. Healing is not for the weak… healing is a path that is long and hard with much much much to do and understand on levels that most don’t even realize exist!

Today Spirit gives us the message of release and ways to do that very thing. Over time so many things can attach to our Spirit which in turn clogs us up both physically and spiritually. Stress, fear, worry, doubt, pain, etc… these thoughts and emotions fill us without us even realizing how much they pile up and attach to our spirit. Because we can’t see them, we never know how much is there until we have the opportunity to release it all. Once there has been some kind of release, we then realize how much was there. It feels wonderful and is so healing to be able to let those things go, so find what calls to you and begin a new routine of letting go this New Moon.

Tonight I speak a little or maybe a lot about those of us who feel, act, love, think and do on a very deep level. We are often left feeling quite alone in this world. We wonder why those around us are so different and empty while we are left feeling everything on such a level that it creates this sense of loneliness. We are souls in search of a connection that seems so very hard to find in today’s world. We are souls that don’t want to settle for something less than. Not having that connection we long for feels so very painful…. but reality is that you are not alone.. there are many of us here, we are just scattered about the Earth.

I am guided this morning to post about Crystal Healing. Crystal healing goes so deep that I cannot touch on even a quarter of this topic at this moment. What Spirit urges me to talk about is bathing with crystals for healing purposes. Those who have chronic pain through their body should do this often. To sit in a hot bath with your crystals for 20 – 30 minutes as often as you can will help tremendously with your pain. Also those who feel physically drained … this will benefit you as well.
What crystals do you use for this?? Well, that is a good question. I approach this as I do with all crystal work I do. I let the stones speak to me.. I have a large collection of stones and go through them all and allow them to tell me which ones will help me. When I do this, it never fails… there are always at least a handful that join me in the bath. After the bath, I lay them all out on a towel to dry and place them in the window or outside to soak up the morning sun to cleanse them for another use later. I rarely use all the same crystals each time.
If you don’t have a collection to choose from and you head out in search of crystals and stones to use. When you get to your local rock shop, keep in mind the intent you need help with and allow the crystals and stones to choose you. Pick up each one or touch them all until a select few speak to you.
NOTE: Some stones like selenite are not good in water… please do check that the stones you do pick out are ok to be put in water. Some crystals degrade when left in water.

Here we are with another weekend gone and new week ahead of us. It will be a high energy week all week long!!! With a Blue Moon on Friday the energy and your emotions will be running AMUCK! Spirit shows us what to steer clear of, how to ease the impact and also shows us that a spiritual goal is met. All in all I believe it will be a great week!

Today a very tongue tied bird tries to explain retrograde periods in a different light. I take a different approach to looking at this planetary occurrence and do my best to explain how retrograde helps us. Today I explain my very own personal mediation that I use all the time. It is a chakra meditation. The Charkra are the main energy points within your body. So many seem to be going through extremely similar things right now. It seems there is a large “batch” of people who are being moved along the same timeline.. going through the same things in different ways. Well this week feels like a positive week for us.I feel that there may be some good news coming either tomorrow or Wednesday and some small, subtle changes by the end of the week. The weekend, however, feels like it may be wrapped in a bit of mystery. Hopefully it’s a good mystery and it shall bring us some pleasant surprises!

I have found myself in such a negative space all weekend and have wasted an entire long holiday weekend in that space. Why? For what reason? I know how easy it is to slide into that space and how hard it is to get out of it once you are there… but if you really don;t want to be there… you can find your way out and back into a more positive space. You just have to want it ! It’s all in your head, all those things that drag you into that negative space. So that is where you have to start… within your own thoughts and change those to something more positive. That is where we begin changing our lives for the better!

It’s okay not knowing what you want out of life, it’s okay not knowing where you are going and it’s okay not knowing what calls to you. It’s okay as long as you are willing to do the work to figure it out. How do you figure it out? We figure out what calls to us by trying more things and having more experiences. We quickly learn what compliments our soul and what doesn’t. Along the way of having all of these experiences we find ourselves and what calls us.

How many plans have you made, started and then somewhere before the plan was complete… you dropped it? If you want to see actual results from your plans you’ll have to see them through. You can’t start something, give up on it somewhere before it’s complete and expect the results of a finished project. Let’s call these plans “Unfinished Business” … Too much unfinished business will clutter your life just like your unfinished projects will clutter your garage.

New Painting I just completed – The Witch’s Tree – Her roots buried deep within the Earth, the branches a symbol of her magic. She casts in all directions and weaves her magical intent through the lives of many. Reaching toward the stars, there are no limits to the powers within. She, all alone can accomplish all that she wishes. Her trusting familiar at her side, together they fear nothing. Death is just a mere shift in energy. Looking out into the world, they see all the possibilities before them and they cast, they heal and they make this world a better place.

The Summer Solstice – the longest day of the year… well the most daylight hours of the year anyway! The Summer Solstice reminds us to embrace our own light. It asks us to take a look inside and get to know and understand our light. What makes it grow brighter? What weakens our light? Are you hiding your light? Why? Are you afraid to let it shine? There is no need to fear the light within us. Embrace it! Let it shine!

Spirit message for today. I felt so urged to deliver this message. I had written down the words “Stop waiting to be happy” last night on a post it note. I kept looking at it today, asking Spirit if it was time to talk about it and all I kept getting was “No, not yet”. Then I found myself a few moments ago feeling pushed to go ahead and do it NOW. There is someone out there that will get this message because of timing more than any other reason. So, I listened to Spirit, verbalized the message and here we are. I hope it reached everyone who needs it!
