Today I speak about relationships and your heart. Have you locked it down? Have you become closed off because of past hurt and pain? You must send out what you wish to be returned to you. Project love into the universe and it will be returned. Worry, fear and doubt have no place in the heart… you must allow yourself to be free to love without condition and expectation and that kind of love will be returned.

This week Spirit encourages us to take time to rest and recharge. The full moon energy from last night is still at play so for the next 2 – 3 days channel that energy so that you can cleanse your spirit of all that is no longer needed and allow that energy to give you what IS needed. Then for the rest of the week… lay low.. relax, take time for yourself. After this week life is going to speed up and you’ll not find any time to rest, relax and recharge for the entire month of October. So take advantage of this week to do that!

Last night I was gifted another opportunity to participate in sweat lodge and it was magical! Joined by my Red Tail Hawk and My White Wolf and later a wonderful healing moment with the Grandmother. The healing and cleansing that comes from sweat lodge is like no other. Powerful and strong… this particular sweat was the hottest I’ve ever been in. Endless healing energies flowed through us all. I am blessed and today I share with you all some of that energy.

Oh my goodness! Not only do we have a full moon, but also a super moon and an eclipse!!! Energy and magic intensified!! Spirit tells us what’s coming with this full moon along with some warnings. Pay attention, be awake, notice! It’s time to reap the harvest and enjoy the sweet rewards from all we have invested our energies into all year long.

Spirit shows me that the energy can be a bit much…. and this weekend could feel a bit out of balance. Grounding, meditation and cleansing your space will come in handy to regain your balance. It is my belief that we choose the life we want before we are even born. We are given the gift of seeing it from beginning to end before we make that choice to begin this journey. It is this thought that would come to mind every time I was ready to quit. I knew there was something amazing and wonderful somewhere in this life I chose. This thought has kept me going.. I know within my entire being that it’s out there waiting. I’m going to keep living so that I can become part of that something amazing.

This week Spirit reminds of some daily routines to help us handle all the energy that the Universe is sending our way. Mid week through the later half of the week, expect some good news or nice surprise. This week offers some direction. Those who are just getting on their path are finding a paved road in front of them showing them the way home.. and those who are still feeling a bit lost start noticing those things that call to them. Pay attention and follow your own inner guide. The Universe is working it’s magic and helping you as much as it can. The energy, the planetary alignments, the eclipses, the moon and life changes that are going on right now can be soooooooo overwhelming. It is NOT the time to check out… life is just about to change from what it has always been to something amazing. The struggle is about to become a lot less of a struggle and the storm is nearly over. Change isn’t easy, and when so many on the same path are experiencing this all at once .. the energy is super intense and hard to manage. I promise you that you will survive as long as you just don’t give up. The life that is coming is well worth everything you are going through right now.

This morning just as I clicked record on my phone, a hummingbird showed up outside my window. For today’s message it is only fitting that we talk about the hummingbird and what it reminds us of in life. The lessons our dear little feathered friend has oh and for another surprise Spirit gives me a random message at the end about the dance… not sure who that is for but I have faith that it will reach it’s intended target.

Oh Boy, Oh Boy!!! This Full Moon isn’t just any ol’ full moon.. it’s also a Super Moon!! The August Full Moon this particular month, at this particular time in the Universe is about change, realizations and reaping the rewards from the harvest. Be careful what you wish for because this Full Moon will give it to you. Spirit also speaks to us about a Great Awakening that is happening all over our great planet and how we can help those who are just coming onto this path. They will be dazed and confused and have no idea where to begin… we, who have been here for a long time must reach out and help them. It is a great time to be LIVING!

Happy Monday everyone!! Spirit has an interesting week for everyone with a full moon to cap it off! The first of the week will begin as a usual Monday, Tuesday to follow suit and then Spirit says there may be a little something extra to brighten our day somewhere between Tuesday and Wednesday … In the middle of the week also comes a hiccup of some kind that makes us stop and pay attention to what’s going on. Ending our week with magical full moon energy and Spirit whispers in my ear that there is new love on the way soon after this full moon.

This is a guided past life regression meditation. I certainly don’t take the credit for the process, I first heard this from Ginny Thomas at Spiral Lady’s in Chattanooga, TN. Spirit just delivered a message to me that is of chaos and great change!! If you have already been through a major shift in your life, then be there to help others go through theirs.. this Spiritual storm starts today and lasts for 3 weeks. If it is you that is about to go through this storm.. hang in there, life is about to get better for you but first it might feel terrible… but once the clouds begin to clear you will see why you had to go through this and a hint of a better life will be revealed.

It isn’t what you think, there is much to consider and there is so much to understand and know about the healing path. Just because someone tells you that you can heal others, does NOT mean that you should start going around dabbling in what you do not understand. It takes years of working and understanding the healing ways to get it right. You can damage others and you can damage yourself if you are not careful. There is so much more to it than what most can even begin to comprehend. Healing is not for the weak… healing is a path that is long and hard with much much much to do and understand on levels that most don’t even realize exist!

It’s has been a long hard road for me but I can see the light and feel all the pain starting to finally melt away. Forgive me for another long video but trust me it’s worth watching til the end. Today Spirit gives us the message of release and ways to do that very thing. Over time so many things can attach to our Spirit which in turn clogs us up both physically and spiritually. Stress, fear, worry, doubt, pain, etc… these thoughts and emotions fill us without us even realizing how much they pile up and attach to our spirit. Because we can’t see them, we never know how much is there until we have the opportunity to release it all. Once there has been some kind of release, we then realize how much was there. It feels wonderful and is so healing to be able to let those things go, so find what calls to you and begin a new routine of letting go this New Moon.

Tonight I speak a little or maybe a lot about those of us who feel, act, love, think and do on a very deep level. We are often left feeling quite alone in this world. We wonder why those around us are so different and empty while we are left feeling everything on such a level that it creates this sense of loneliness. We are souls in search of a connection that seems so very hard to find in today’s world. We are souls that don’t want to settle for something less than. Not having that connection we long for feels so very painful…. but reality is that you are not alone.. there are many of us here, we are just scattered about the Earth.
