Walking on Sunshine

Spiritual Guidance for May 16-22
We see the progress of all the things we have been working on letting go of. No more trying to force a square peg into round holes. Goosebumps and a giddy feeling comes over me as I begin looking into what the week has in store. Little surprises all week long and an army of angels surround us this week. Mushy Brain Friday
Weekend plans have occupied our mind today and we are otherwise rendered useless. You might as well take the day off or take a half day, because you will not get much work done. Being Your Own Hero
Today, I talk about pulling yourself out of the pit and becoming your own hero. No one is going to magically come along and save us… we have to save ourselves. How long you stay in the pit is a choice you make. You have to make the decision to get out and then focus on a positive life. If you have nothing positive to focus on then focus on the life you want … see yourself in the life you want. See yourself happy and in a balanced life. Be Your own Hero!

Tears of Release
Spirit leaves me absolutely speechless today. Bear with me as I try and express what Spirit shows me. A hero comes in and takes us away from the pit of pain from our past. Many tears are shed but they aren’t from sorrow or sadness… they come from a great release of all that we have been through and survived and now a new life is upon us.
