Life is busy and can be chaotic… we get an up close point of view when we really need to be able to step back from time to time so that we can see the bigger picture. We should not live in the past but don’t forget the lessons it taught us…. we should not live too far in the future that it takes us away from living in the moment. We have to find a balance between then, now and tomorrow. It takes putting distance between you and your situation to see the bigger picture. Take the time when things start feeling out of place to do that. Step back and really look at what’s going on… in the physical form and mental form.
As I stepped outside I felt the breeze blow through my hair and my soul connected with the wind. I felt the changes coming, not just for me but for many others. We are being moved around and placed in position for the great shift that is upon us. We have been experiencing this shift for some time now, the peek is very near. Those who are more sensitive will feel it the most of course and seem to be the most effected. That is only the appearance that it leaves us with… those most effected will be the ones who are not “seeing” or “feeling” the shift. They have no idea what is about to come. Walls are being knocked down, borders are being blurred and those hiding behind a mask of something else are being revealed.
Step outside and feel the wind with me. Tell me your story of how the changing wind effects you.
I took this photo today. At first I thought nothing of it .. just thought the color was awesome and it was the last of the summer blooms that we will be seeing this year. When I got home and downloaded it off my camera … I paused and looked at it a bit longer. My first thought was of the old saying “He loves me, He loves me not”… and I thought to myself.. I will label this photo… “He loves me”. So I posted it on my facebook wall and went about my business posting a few other things and liking a post here and there … supporting my friends and then I came back around to the photo. Again, I paused and just starred for a moment. There was something about this rose that I was connecting to and I wasn’t quite sure what that was.
Suddenly, the answer was clear and this phrase came from the tips of my fingers as I began to type out a new caption for it: “When everyone else has let go…You will find me still holding on”.
This pretty much sums up my life in a single phase… When everyone else has let go.. You will find me still holding on.
Always believing in the possibilities ahead.. always carrying hope of better days .. always holding on for whatever is to come… determined not to give up… still holding on.
There comes a point in your life when you have to let go of old ideas, behaviors and/or beliefs…
Throughout our lifetime many things will come and go as we need them… Be careful not to cling too tightly to any one thing in your life… when it’s purpose has come and gone we need to release it from our grasp so that something new can come in and help us in our growth and in our travels along this path.
I’m not saying give up everything you ever believed in … but more so ideas, beliefs or behaviors that are no longer suited for you at this moment .. this place on your journey.
It may just be allowing our ideas, behaviors and beliefs to transform…. The stubborn part of us may want to stick to what we have always done… but it is like this… if you get stuck in the mud and all you do is put your foot on the gas … spinning and spinning to get out … what happens is that you just get buried deeper in that mud pit .. there is a chance that it may finally work for you and the traction may find something to take hold of and push you out of the mud … but there is also a chance that it won’t … how long are you going to do the “Let’s wait and see” game?
So what I’m saying … is that it’s time to step back and take another look at where you are and what you are doing and what you are thinking at this time… there is a change that needs to be made in order for you to get out of that mud and move on. So what are you waiting for? You already know the change that needs to be made.. don’t fear the road ahead… listen to that inner knowing and march on!
