Today Spirit takes us through some reflection in our lives. Asking us to take a look back and forward and then we do a little experiment about living in the moment. I’m sorry this one runs a little long but I think it’s worth it. It’s all about slowing down and pausing our lives to not only reflect and appreciate where we have come from but also to appreciate the moment we are given right now. Enjoy!

Oh wow… please bear with me as I try to get today’s message out. Some days we are flawless in our delivery and some days we are a right mess! Today, I am a mess! This morning just as I clicked record on my phone, a hummingbird showed up outside my window. For today’s message it is only fitting that we talk about the hummingbird and what it reminds us of in life. The lessons our dear little feathered friend has oh and for another surprise Spirit gives me a random message at the end about the dance… not sure who that is for but I have faith that it will reach it’s intended target.

Spirit shows me some amazing things coming for so many … I try to describe the images that come to me, but I am filled with great emotion and happiness for what is on it’s way. This is a beautiful time to be living and Spirit reminds us to take in every moment with love and gratitude.

Well, lets see what Spirit has in store for us this week. LOTS of CHANGE!! It’s time to clear the way for a whole new life. This week is about letting go of past pain, behaviors, thoughts, ideas, relationships, etc and making room in our lives for something more. The new that is coming is going to resonate with your soul. The things in your life up until now haven’t had that connection with you.. now it’s time to truly live in the moment and connect on levels unimagined.
