We all have it … each of us hold our own power… we just don’t always feel as though we do.

So often we give our power away to others .. others who we should not be giving it to.

Have you ever had one of those days when you just feel useless.. like you’re never seen or heard, like you just aren’t important and that you just don’t matter?

This happens when you let others take your power away from you.. don’t allow others to make you feel less than who you are.

You need to know that you do hold the power to change your life and make it what YOU want it to be.

Own up to your own inner strengths and own who you are.

It is better to help others find their own than to give yours away.
