Spirit hands me a bowl of sweets…. woohooooo! Spirit says this is just a taste of what is to come for us. Yummmm Yummmm Now these are the kind of days I like!! Bring on the sweetness!

A Surprise Visit from a Hummingbird
This morning just as I clicked record on my phone, a hummingbird showed up outside my window. For today’s message it is only fitting that we talk about the hummingbird and what it reminds us of in life. The lessons our dear little feathered friend has oh and for another surprise Spirit gives me a random message at the end about the dance… not sure who that is for but I have faith that it will reach it’s intended target.

Surviving the Bad Days
Life can be so hard, but by dwelling on the storm we make it even more unbearable. Life balances out by giving us both… the good and the bad. We appreciate those good days because we understand what a bad day is like. Making it through the bad days can be ever so difficult… but there are some small things you can do to help you make it through… to help relieve some of the stress, worry and fear that takes place during the storm.
