Dear oh Dear Me…. It’s October and the Bewitching Hour is drawing near. I thought I would take a moment to talk about labels and being called things like “Witch” and the need others seem to have to box everyone in. I’ve never been one to label myself, I don’t like boxes, I prefer the freedom to just be…. to be all that I am.

Yesterday afternoon on my way home from work I was pondering beliefs in general and those who believe and those who don’t. I didn’t ponder for long before I came to this final conclusion:
The non-believer will ask you to show proof of existence and then most likely still question what is right before them.
The believer doesn’t need proof. However, I would say in reply to the non-believer: show me proof it doesn’t exist…. and then wait while my fairy friends sprinkled them with glitter and my pet dragon then gobbled them up…. LOL
My point is: What does it matter what anyone else’s belief is.. it only matters what you believe in. It is a personal matter belonging to you and only you… having others validate your belief is not needed… there will always be naysayers – no matter what the conversation is about.
Enjoy your life and worry less about what others think or believe in.

Spirit gives me but a single statement today: Believe in Your own Truth.
So I sit here and I ponder this statement for a moment ..
The world is vast with many different beliefs stretching from shore to shore… None superior to another. (Tho many will love to disagree)
It’s not a matter of who is right and who is wrong .. it’s a personal matter of what the truth is to you.
What feels right to you?
What resonates inside you … ringing out the tones of truth to your soul?
Whatever that is .. THAT is the truth. The truth for you and you alone.
THAT is your path .. stay true to it and it will stay true to you.
