This week is about shedding the old and embracing the new you. We have been shedding off the old for quite a while and now we are at the tail end of shedding that old skin. We have just one last bit to let go of. Once we have finally let go of all those things that are holding us back… we become that beautiful butterfly with brand new wings ready to fly! And…. as my friend likes to remind me … we are SPRINGING FORWARD not Falling Back! Full speed ahead!
