Welcome to Brambleby and Nibblewick, two neighboring forest communities, close enough to share paths, news, and the occasional misunderstanding.

Most pass straight through the woods without noticing much at all. Others linger. Sit quietly. Pay attention. Those are the ones who begin to notice the residents.

Inside these pages, you’ll meet a small portion of the Not-So-Secret Society: animals and insects who live ordinary forest lives with very human habits. Some are helpful. Some are opinionated. Some are deeply misunderstood. A few are slightly questionable. All of them belong here, whether anyone officially invited them or not.

Each two-page spread introduces a resident alongside a short, whimsical portrait of who they are and how they move through the world. The stories are gentle, observant, and quietly funny, meant to be read slowly, revisited often, and enjoyed by anyone who appreciates thoughtful storytelling, cozy worlds, and characters who feel oddly familiar.
